I wake up with my eyes
semi glued together
with night time eye crust.
My hair a mess. But I am
Stunning, beautiful, I know and I
smile in wonderment with my
arm draped over your body.

We are a sea of sheets and
I am half opened staring
into your back, drilling holes.
You are a tree and I am taking samples.
Your soul is sturdy and sweet like maple wood.
I know we will have pancakes for breakfast.
